CICOD is a Malawian non-profit organization dedicated to empowering poor, vulnerable, and marginalized communities. Since our founding, we've worked tirelessly to improve livelihoods, promote environmental justice, and strengthen governance through rights-based programming.

Our integrated approach combines policy advocacy, service delivery, capacity building, and community organization to create sustainable change across Malawi. We believe in walking alongside communities to develop solutions that address their unique challenges.
